f0a5463d6b refactor: apply about-points expansion to both local and cloud export 
- rename prepareLocalExportItemsWithAboutPoints to
  prepareExportItemsWithAboutPoints (no longer local-only)
- remove local-only branch in handleExport; cloud export now also
  splits abouts into point1...pointN columns

147616c697 feat: local export splits abouts into point columns 
- add prepareLocalExportItemsWithAboutPoints to split abouts array
  into columns point1 pointN for local Excel export
- handleExport calls this only for local export; cloud export keeps
  the original single abouts column
