refactor: apply about-points expansion to both local and cloud export

- rename prepareLocalExportItemsWithAboutPoints to
  prepareExportItemsWithAboutPoints (no longer local-only)
- remove local-only branch in handleExport; cloud export now also
  splits abouts into point1...pointN columns
